We wish to report that the urban renewal department of the Ministry of Construction and Housing has prepared an update for the rate of “
master and outline plans” and simultaneously has formed a new rate for “
urban renewal neighborhood outline plans”.
As part of this activity, the department has contacted us in order to receive comments concerning the rates, and in accordance, received a quick response as to the dates set for sending a detailed response.
Upon initial examination, the organization pointed out technical errors within the rates. The Ministry was grateful for the comments and promised to correct these errors. In light of the schedule set for submission of our comments, the organization, using its consultants and a professional team appointed on its behalf, is currently putting in a special effort to examine the draft of the rates and its significance, and will submit its response to the Ministry of Construction and Housing by the end of May.
