The IOCEA offers these services through a pool of arbitrators, mediators, and experts, including senior architects and engineers who have amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge in their fields and in providing expert advisory services. These services are offered for a range of matters, which include disputes related to design and project management, as well as fee disputes.

Our arbitrators, mediators, and experts are selected and recommended by an internal committee of the organization. The engineers and architects who provide these services carry out their work faithfully, fairly, and objectively.

Each professional is classified by field of activity and level of specialization, according to the professional associations active within the organization.
