Mentoring Project for Owners of Young Firms

The mentoring project for owners of young firms continues!

A call to firm owners who have been self-employed for more than 7 years.

The Association of Business Consultants in Israel is expanding its pool of mentors. It is looking for experienced firm owners with many years in practice who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with owners of young firms at the start of their careers.

Mentoring is organized by region and focuses on advancing the business and financial activity of firm owners in the sector.

Who can be a mentor?
Established firm owners with more than 7 years of practice who want to pass on their professional experience to the next generation of engineers and architects. Mentors meet with owners of young firms and help them take their first steps in the business world, offering guidance, advice, and practical tools for management, business, and professional challenges.

What do owners of young firms get?
Owners of firms founded less than 7 years ago, counted from founding the firm or registering as self-employed, receive personal mentoring from an established firm, which includes regular one-on-one meetings, consultations, and support on a wide range of topics, from office and business management, marketing, to client relations.

The project is free of charge, and is part of the organization’s vision to support, develop, and advance firm owners through mutual support and strengthening the standing of the profession.

We invite owners of firms founded within the past seven years (or who registered as self-employed within that period) to join the project, where they will receive personal mentoring from an established firm and benefit from its professional support and extensive experience. The project includes one-on-one meetings and guidance across a range of areas, including business management, marketing, client relations, and staff management.

Please note: Participation is open only to owners of engineering and architecture firms established within the past 7 years.

The project is part of the Association of Business Consultants’ vision to strengthen the standing of self-employed engineers and architects in Israel, based on the understanding that individual success contributes to the success of the sector.
