FIDIC

FIDIC is an international organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, that brings together self-employed engineers and consultants from approximately 100 countries. It works in cooperation with the World Bank, development banks, the European Union, the Confederation of International Contractors’ Associations, and leading civil engineering associations in many countries. The Israel Organization of Consulting Engineers and Architects has been a member of FIDIC since 2004, when FIDIC’s president and CEO visited Israel.

FIDIC membership enables participation in professional conferences and seminars, the use of internationally standardized contracts and documents, and access to up-to-date professional information.

The IOCEA representative to FIDIC is Eng. Nitzan Kol, who was appointed on August 11, 2021.
