The Apprenticeship Project

Operating since 2007, the apprenticeship project enables IOCEA young members (with up to 7 years seniority) who are independent firms to avail themselves of the help of more experienced members, who offer their time, experience and knowledge in a variety of subjects, and in particular with management related topics.

The apprenticeship project is instrumental in connecting senior and junior members. It allows the young to learn from the more experienced senior members, while they then become acquainted with the younger generation’s difficulties, challenges and solutions to these issues.

The Meaning of this Achievement
This kind of undertaking where members help other members creates an atmosphere of involvement and mutuality; tighten the ties between members while strengthening IOCEA's power and standing. Furthermore, thanks to senior members' experience, younger members can avoid "Rookie mistakes", their professional level is improved, and the end customer also benefits, whether directly or indirectly, from a service higher in quality and efficiency.
