Dear members,
These days, the organization and a professional team of delegates are working with the engineering and construction department at the MoD (following their request) in order to examine the existing contracting rates in a wide disciplinary array, as indicated by the Yellow Book, last edited 1991 (with minor revisions in 1996).
Given the numerous challenges, it is a long and cumbersome process during which the organization expresses its professionally founded stances, with regard to the many disciplinary inputs dedicated to each task.
Top tier economists and legislators are involved in the process.
Thus far, many issues on which opinions were conflicted due to mismatched expectations, have been handled.
We will continue to update as the events progress.
